I groom approximately 1000 dogs a year and have done for the last 15 years. In my personal experience and opinion inexperienced owners who lack the time ability and commitment to training are responsible for this bill, it is an example of the many (dogs) paying for the inadequacies (humans) of the many. This is one of the best Charities fighting for poor innocent dogs. The Law needs to change no dog should be put to sleep because of the Courts bad... read more judgements. All dog do not like kennels and are scared give them life away from cages. Humans kill more than dogs so why did they stop capital punishment for them and introduce it for animals which humans abuse. We need to help fund these poor dogs also about time Courts are more than profiting in these cases.
